Neighborhoods and Communities in the Bluffton area that have 35 MPH and less speed limits and secondary roads that comply with low speed vehicle laws

Below are many of the neighborhoods and communities that seem to be suitable for the use of Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEV's) in the Bluffton Area.


Moss Creek Plantation - Can access the community and access the Moss Creek Village commercial center just outside the gate, and cross Hwy 278 to access the Buckingham Plantation Drive area including Bridge Center and Old South Golf Links.

Collenton River Plantation - Can access the community, cross Hwy 278 and access the commercial area of Lowes and the other shopping areas.

Belfair Plantation - Can access the community access the Belfair Town Center and cross Hwy 278 to access two commercial areas.

Rose Hill Plantation - Can access both the golf course community and the equestrian areas within the community.

Eagles Point - Can access all of the community.


Sun City And Riverbend Area - Can access all of their communities as well as the upcoming major mall and commercial areas behind Okatie Center. There is no 2 mile limitation on our cars such as under the SC golf cart law and our cars can be driven after dark.
